As per the latest March of Dimes 2011 premature birth report card things have certainly gone on the better side and the report also reveals that things have improved drastically in the United States. The report mentioned that preterm birth rate shows three years improvement in US and most States. As per the report the premature birth rate in the US in 2006 was around 12.8% but it declined to 12.2% in the year 2009 which means that the campaigns started by the government is working and people are taking this awareness campaign seriously.

Humanitarian group CARE will receive up to $100,000 based on plays of online game Follow the Wings, people can visit the official website to play and share the game and can also access the official rules and regulations about it. President and CEO of CARE Helene Gayle said, “As an organization dedicated to helping people across the globe, we are pleased to be a partner in the Follow the Wings campaign. It is our hope that through this campaign, people will learn more about the challenges facing people in poor communities and be motivated to play the Follow the Wings game. Each person who plays will directly help us empower people to make a real difference in their families and communities.”
